How do I track my order?

We will notify you by email with an order number and ups tracking number when the transaction is complete.

How do I modify an order?

Currently, you can only modify an order within the first 48 hours by emailing us, unless you want to add more mats to the order and then you can do so up till our shipping date.

How do I cancel an order?

Once again orders to be cancelled have 48 hours, unless special circumstances arise.
